Combat promotion bug

    So i was gonna do the combat promotion on my ninja , but the quest doesn't appear , i've relog'd around 10 times and it still doesn't appear.
    i went to the black spirit -> guides -> lvl 55 combat promotion -> went to porio , but porio doesnt have any quest ( my ninja is lvl 56) .

    You have to go to the npc to take the quest, after finishing once (from black spirit) it doesn't appear there (at black spirit)

    You get the quest from the black spirit and start it at Sarma Outpost.

    I would agree but it doesn't work like that, i tried it myself and once finished you have to go to the NPC at Sarma Outpost to recieve the quest.
