Combat/Skill EXP Transfer Coupon Massive BUG!!!

Ok here's the situation
Yesterday I transferred all my gear (inc weapons) and level/skill points from my level 65 mystic to Lahn,
Everything worked fine tried the class and didnt like it so I transferred everything back to my Mystic now heres the bug

I am completely locked out of my awakening tree, I can not put any skill points into it, I can not use my awakening weapon or anything to do with awakening, I tried looking to see If I have to redo the awakening quest and its there.

I am just sitting here absolutely gutted spent quite a bit to reroll with the coupons and have to play half a class atm,
is there anything you guys can do?
