combative items(blu lv 65) cant be enchanted more then+5?!!

    That's how it is supposed to be.
    Various items have got a different enchantment level cap, not every item can be enchanted up to +15.
    Combative/Strident's enchantment cap is at +5, Shepherd / Custodian / Ambassador's enchantment cap is at +13, and some items can not be enchanted at all, such as Thresu/Runa and Governor items.
