Combine weapon not working...

Yesterday before I had to log out I bought an "Elder Jewel" (Orb) to combine with my Anuhart's Elite Jewel. I went to the Armsfusion Merchant in Sanctum and proceeded to combine my weapons. It charged me 1 million Kinah to do this. I looked at the weapons as they were in the combining box to make sure everything was kosher and hit confirm. Would have been anice weapon had it succeeded. Instead it took my kinah and the Elder orb. Thank goodness I made sure to put the Anuhart Orb in first or I would have lost that one instead! So now I'm out 6 Million Kinah (5 to buy the Elder Jewel and 1 for the combine fee). Can anything be done about this or am I just SOL? Ill get more if not but just thought you should know that one of the game's mechanics are broken. Thank you!
