Community Concerns Being Addressed

A lot of that money went into a new computer for Alente.

Is this a good or bad thing? Lets wait and find out.

 

Well , I don't really give a damn about what they do w/ the money from donations as long as server is STABLE and BALANCED.
They messed up everything.
Crashes every single damn day , takes 5h for a restart.
In game stats are messed up as hell.
P.S: They said we'll have a better stability after cloning the data.
Did it happen?

I couldn't agree with you more, i'm sure most of the players are with you as well.

It shouldn't take this long to stabalize.

Stacked is one of those guys who Karissa/Carl or whoever hired him thought he was going to be well suited for the job.

However in my opinion, he had a good start, and now he's just losing his touch, enjoying his power and getting tired of all the stuff he has to deal with.

I dont think he was expecting such a time consuming, important job that people look up to you.

Being a staff member requires patience and understanding.

 

You seem to think that staff is picked based off of how many people thank your Applications? That's completely incorrect, nobody gets picked because they have 50 people who thanked their post. It's based of Karissa's choice, recommendations, and experience.

I do not honestly care if you do not like me or dont like the way I post. I do my best to help people, keep the forums clean and organized. There are always going to be people who do not like the way I do things but thats natural for large communities like this.

How ever I do ask that you do not insult me, or any other members publicly on these forums.

6. How The Staff Gets Hired
Since Karissa does the hiring of the staff, she doesn't ONLY look at how much knowledge of the game they've got but she also looks at how well they get along with the community and how helpful they are with the community. So not all of us got hired based on game knowledge. I'm one to admit that I didn't get hired off game knowledge but got noticed in how helpful and friendly I was with the community.

wanna tell me that one person that logs for a few hours has enough time to watch ALL the activities in the forum and deside which one know or has knowledge for software,rulez,clients errors etc?

cause from that and only i have see many of the team that the only think they do is to watching problem thread without help or try to help

 

I think we ought to help each other to make the system work. otherwise we'll be finding ourselves on to the wrong route.

we shouldnt blame everything to one person, we as the people who plays are responsible for all of this. Gm's do what they need to do,and they've done enough.. Alente and Carl are pretty much doing well what they need to do too, so we should really stop blaming them.. and start figuring something out to make this RELATIONSHIP work.

They are not gods, they have their own life. our duty is to accept, understand and adjust ourselves with it. besides, as you can see, no matter how we complain it, we still end up in game, playing.​

 

So, is this gonna be real?
Like massive cleaning of the lame Staff members?

Coz we had enough will GMs who QQ about the fact they are human and make tons of mistakes w/o resigning.. :sideways:

stupid rule, stupid idea. If there is flaming, ads, etc., it makes sense, but not allowing spam in hot spam is hypocritical and pointless. And I doubt that this was approved by Alente either considering he does a fair share of spamming also

Didn't mean to generalize all .I know you do your best and maybe 1 or 2 more but the rest gets online to sit in a circle on the AM island and joke around while beeing invisible 24/7 .
