Unfortunately there is no way for us to confirm the legitimacy of your claims or request, as you yourself have pointed out both here and in the PM you sent to me you lack any substantial evidence that this has occurred.

While I can appreciate from your point of view how frustrating that might be it simply isn't feasible for us to consider any sort of item reimbursement or compensation without significant evidence. We used to do that and players quite gleefully robbed us blind.

On the subject of this mystical "duped ABG" that no one seems to be able to replicate/prove we are currently considering this as a rumor and nothing more. I realize that's a bit skeptical but until someone out there is able to provide solid proof (video footage would be nice) and/or a means to replicate it we have no way of confirming or addressing claims on the subject.
