The way I got out of permanent imprisonment makes it quite obvious that your staff made a few friendships ^^ (I'm Ylight from IA anyways...)

About comparing the Staff of Gamez and Infinite ...

At least the staff bothers to track down hackers & taking care of hacked accounts (however it's pretty rare here ~)

See, I don't even remember you at all. And I didn't realize our unjail command wasn't restricted by differing gm levels until I went and looked at it just now. So now it's limited to senior staff such as Xei (and of course all of us top tier staff who work on the server).

All it takes is someone pointing out something and it gets changed immediately. I have no problem removing powers from GMs. The less they have, the better.

I had to take a picture of my own text.. because for some reason when I typed that, it was getting a 404 error message returned from the forum.. I think something is buggered with the forum filters.

 

One thing is certain.

Seeing all this talk just proves what I always felt the staff of the IA. They are just arrogant that they have no respect for others.

NEVER seen a GM here disrespecting someone. I NEVER disrespected, by contrast, always had plenty of help and respect for the GMs, especially Ash and Selik, which usually ask for help.


For this reason I'm here. I do not care if the server is the top. I care about the quality of administrators and with their humanity.

 

Gamez staff have to be nice though. They have nothing else going for them what with the constant crashes and bugs. It's either give out free handjobs to all the players and pretend to be nice or have no players at all. In all honesty I love the Gamez staff though. They crack me up. When they're with Gamez, they tell one story, but as soon as they quit or are fired, complete 180 and out come the stories of corruption and all sorts of stuff.

Us though with 25,000 UNIQUE players daily, can afford to not help those who do not wish to help themselves first. A little common sense never hurt anyone and if people truly can't be arsed to exercise a little, I have no problem with them coming here or over to Atomix or any other server.

I don't bullshit people, I don't lie to them. And I will certainly call people out on things if I have to. We just have too many players to answer the same 50 questions over, and over, and over, and over when the answers are easily found. Just from watching IRC it's obvious that people just want someone to hold their hand. And that's not how I roll (I know, I'm going to be an AWESOME dad, right? :lol: ).

I don't understand where people get this sense of entitlement that everyone running any sort of business has to kiss their ass.

I speak for myself when I say this but no one has to force me to be nice to the players. I work very hard to be a good gm so that players will enjoy playing on Crystal and will want to continue playing there.

I will go staight to hell and back before I will allow anyone to say otherwise about me. The reason things are said about IA staff is b/c its true. I played there for a few months and that server sucks. I am so happy I never gave 1 cent to your excuse for staff. You dont give a shit about your players as long as they give you donations and you have the f****n audacity to come here and say anything?!?

Do you ever take out an hour of your time to translate b/c one of your players cant speak english and you dont know what problem they are having but you know they are upset? Of course not.
You have the patience to explain how the stigma system works 20 times per day to people?
Didnt think so. You have the patience to listen to a player list to you every single problem he has and will have in the future at least once a day? Doubt it.
You have too many players to answer the same question 50 times? Well of course not.. you dont care enough to.
The reason I do these things for players is b/c I care about them. I want them to enjoy this game as much as I enjoy it so don't ever come here and state that I am only nice to players b/c I have to be. Now gtfo and go back to IA where people like you fit right in.

 

....You know what is most messed up about this man? I came here to take a break but then Toasty is still around....It's like a creepy stalker ex-bf. Just rub it in my face more ;___;
