    AMD Radeon HD 7670M - NotebookCheck.net Tech

Yours is 1/3 down class 3 graphics cards, FPS references listed towards the bottom of the displayed page. You still didn't post FPS or graphics settings though.

If you buy for example a laptop that costs 1500 dollars for gaming, you could probably get a pc with the same or better specs for 500 bucks. Laptop, not worth it.

Always remember dude, that stereotyping one single community is making an ass of yourself. I am pinoy and I am playing with my Dell gaming laptop, quad core i7 that I bought when it first came out about 2 years ago for $2,000. There are Pinoys all over the world that are more than able to afford the things that we don't really need but buy it simply because we're bored.....

Then again getting a desktop for the first time has a much higher cost since you need all the peripherals (screen, keyboard, mouse, sometimes speakers, webcam etc.), however it pays off in the long run as you can just switch out 1 part at a time as you need it.

One thing I would be very careful with when it comes to desktops is the motherboard cpu socket. Yea, haswell isn't exactly the greatest CPU generation and heats a bit more than ivy bridge (compensated by higher performance per cpu clock as well as better integrated graphics card), however it will pay off in the long run as the next generation (broadwell) will fit into the same socket. If you get an ivy bridge, you will have to replace your whole motherboard next time you decide to upgrade.

Another thing is the PSU (power supply unit). You should buy one with enough watt capacity for the future (possible sli/crossfire etc.), unless you wanna have to buy a new PSU when you add a 2nd graphics card.

If its your first pc you ll probably spend a couple hundreds bucks more, for the screen and the mouse/keyboard/speakers/camera. But a desktop is cheaper and better no matter how you look at it, especially if you buy it part by part online and put it together on your own..

Depends on the country really, for example in mine, the best pc component seller in terms of quality/price also happens to be the major electronics distributor who sells built PCs (they make their own builds too). They pretty much made sure that you don't really save anything by building it yourself xd If you really wanna pick every single part, they build it for you for $75 though. If they have a build you like, it costs as much as getting all the parts and putting them together by yourself.

We pretty much have just 1 decent electronics distributor for the whole country xd

How about getting the parts online?

They are the online shop xD There are very few shops that are reliable and the price is the same anyway. I'd much rather use a major distributor where I get everything at once. Makes it much easier to return if you have issues.

Too bad there are high tariffs/customs fees for importing parts/pcs. US has everything cheaper, but the price gets ridiculous after importing.

Get intel core i7 or higher a 1gb-2gb graphics memory , 8-16gb of ram and your all set. That's all you need and of course, maybe a lil more than 800$ worth of laptop is good for running the game smoothly.

You people xd Keep mentioning the irrelevant things

i7 means absolutely nothing. I have an i7, it is 1.6ghz base, there are others with 3.5ghz base, they are all labeled i7, the model kinda matters, you just left out the most important piece of info xd

Same with graphics mem, doesn't matter, the core/shader/memory clocks do which you can get from the model number.
