    i bought some of the new items from xmas shop, and i was wondering how long would it take to add the condl2, ima bit annoyed since i cant use condl2. hope for a quick answer thx in advance.

    i heard you can talk to the Conditioning Academy NPC corresponding to your race to get it to Lv 2
