if you're playing in an internet cafe you can vote many account in same time. pc don't have same ip's .

nahh they can ban you and put the reason multi voting then after a couple of month the reason will vanish . just that simple you are force to donate because you can't vote .

 

your missing the point man. this is all about the system that bans randomly even if your voting fairly.. and one thing..i can see your hidden message..and i totally agree with you..4.0 is all about $_$

 

As far as i know most ppl in cafes using browsing in private (so they do not leave any data behind them) and if you have browse in private your IP is not shown (not to browser but just to internet providers for security reasons as far as i know) so you vote in good faith and u CAN NOT know if somebody before you voted because he may be using that same browse in private....

P.S. i hope i didnt say somethink i shoulden't but i know few ppl who left because of that and i'm shure that they were not exploiting the system cuzz they were full tiamat gear...
and if you want not to exploit vote system just make TOP items untradable and disable that gift system...so then it will be no point in multi voting...i think that would be better for most people as banning some of fair players who doesnt know how computers/connection system etc work...

So, I'm not sure where your information is coming from.

AM's and higher are not allowed to issue bans with out proof.

It is required for a ban to have proof in order for us to issue a ban, so not sure why you guys believe that we can issue bans with out.

Any ban that does not have information in the ban system, has to be issued by a server admin. Those would be Carl and Alente. Otherwise if an AM issued the ban, you would see at the very least, a reason (required), a date (automatic), who issued it, a ban id#, and have the ability to appeal.

So, get your information straight before you make wild random accusations of AM's issuing bans with out proof.

The main point here is that the main IP(provided by your ISP) will be only set as one IP (yup that's true like mine I've requested it to be in static from my ISP)

Even if i have many computers/laptop/mobile devices to cast a vote, it will be considered as 1 IP in general.

If this will be the scenario you cannot vote for more than 1 account in gamez anymore.

This will led to a conclusion to focus only on 1 account( which i pressume is a main account) and leave other accounts without vote

or quit the game

but this i believed will trigger depopulation of players and increase in credit value to have more competitive trading

but that's just me

let's wait and see what will happen next

The explanation is that these people tried to cheat the system but sucked at doing so and got caught. Much like in ancient Sparta where as part of the coming of age to be a fully official Spartan Warrior all the trainees must go to the smaller towns and countrysides and each kill one of the random nonSpartans in the area. If they got caught they were punished not for the murder but for sucking and for getting caught.

The multivoters are much the same. These people tried to cheat the system but were dumbasses at it and got caught.

They would have made terrible Spartans.
