Condition 2 Fix YEY! but . . . .

Well i just noticed that Gamez fixed the Condition 2 Effects (more noticeable w/ WoC lvl 2)
before, when we just condition it 1/2 , the effects are still lvl 2 like.

after the recent update, I noticed that it was fixed (YEY! IM SO HAPPY). but here's the problem.
The Condition 2 Stone @ the NPC (general goods or any) is still broken and we still cant buy it.

Before, we havent had this problem since the condition 1/2 bug was there, but now, it seems like we are going to have to go to our respective academy just to condition it by 2 for lvl 2 effects.

Can we ask for a fix for the condition 2 stones to lessen the hassle? and if may, since condition 2 stones still cant be bought, can we get a temporary 1/2 like thingy like before?

if not, then i guess we have to go to the academy now LoL.
