Configuration system failed to initialize.

As the title says, Ive been getting this error. Tried every possible thing but persists. Command prompt, the Notepad++ but really all is futile. Changed the machine file too but the problem is there. I was just playing perfectly yesterday when the game wouldnt launch. Thanks for your help.

 

Delete and re-install the launcher, then make a check of the game files , and you will be allowed , I also suffer but other options have not yet found
