Confused about SEA/LAUREL Sets?

I think there's a lot of confusion about the latest sets that people purify with Ceramium Medals and Purified Essense and their differences with the equivalent sets made by laurels.

I was trying to trade an item and a few people pmed me that my duskwing item is not the last level, because in the description one can read that the Duskwing item can be purified to Elite Overlord.

This confuses some people into thinking that SEA/EOD sets are better than Duskwing/Shadewing etc. But that is not the case.

Dawnwing/Shadewing/Blazewing/Duskwing Items are OFFICER Rank items. And "in retail" where there are gear restrictions, one would have to purify a Dawnwing/Shadewing/Blazewing/Duskwing item into Elite Overlord / SEA in order to use it on a rank 1 character, and that's exactly why the option is there.

So to conclude
Dawnwing/Shadewing/Blazewing/Duskwing - Officer Rank items (Made with Laurels/CM)
Special Elite Emissary's/Ambassador's and Elite Evangale/Overlord - Soldier Rank Items (Made by CM/PE)

^ All of the above are exactly the same, only the rank requirement changes.
