Connection issue

I have an issue that I can't talk to NPC, got mail, character names depends on their class, no one is moving, and everything is lag.
After several minutes, then goes to character selection.

I'm still having the same issue, I already contact my internet provider and told me everything is fine.

@Noyah seems like im not the only one with the problem sir it's been like this for 2 days, can't use my premium huhu

 

Connection issues like you said. The maximum I can do is move your characters into a less populated area. And by the way, that's something you can do, too. Log onto gamezbd.com and go to characters and then choose rescue.
