Connection problem

| Issue: can not connect to server, game crashes
| Client: 2.7.0.1 NA (tried EU, too - same problem)
| Current OS: WinXP Professional x64 SP2 (have full rights over the system)
| Specs: (probably not important)
| AMD Athlon X2 5200+, GeForce GT 220, 2GB Kingston, some old motherboard, IDE hard disks

Found no more appropriate section or related thread, so here it is:
I'm a newcomer, eager to join Gamez Aion, so following your guide I downloaded the NCSoft Launcher, changed the region to North Am, installed Aion, applied your launcher.
When I run it I see the NCSoft logo and the game loading and the game just quits without any error message, thus I never get to the login screen.
The only way I got to the login screen is to delete "d3d8thk.dll" from the 'bin' folder and use the "GamezAION.bat", but then can not log in ('Invalid ID or password').
This problem is present at other servers as well that uses a dll with similar name.
What could help?
