    Dear
    I just download the game (version 621)but can not connection with sever
    Aloso remove antivirus before and after istall,turnoff fire wall and everything, rescuse my character also (0 mins play)
    But it s not affect.
    Please help

    You will need to set gamezbd launcher as an exemption in your antivirus, firewall, and windows defender, even if they are turned off/disabled. Also can reset/restart your router and modem.
