Constant Crash

i really needed some help with the game crashing constantly over and over. i just can't log in. i tried reinstalling the whole game. i even reinstalled my windows. last night i could log in after crashing madly again and again right after character creation 16 times in a row. right now i can't log in again and i am honestly very fed up and frustrated about it. please help me fix this. if ANYTHING at all i can do to just stop with this constant crash madness.

 

Delete your launcher and download a fresh one. It's because your game isn't updating correctly. Also, highly doubt you re-installed windows over a game not working.

 

My game is constantly getting out of the game, I enter the game which is seriously overwhelming, NPCs appear and they are immediately kicked from the game

Usually a quick fix is to run a Force File-Check from the Launcher Settings. Alternatively you can see various solutions in that list, that might be useful, or that you haven't tried. The other usual thing to do is to delete the cache folders, from the User/Roaming...Think you can find it as a suggestion in the list.
