AionClient stopped working...

Still having trouble and the scenery, the characters so much that you can not play. It all begins when the game starts, I mean when you start the game scenery, and a window that says AionClient stopped working, and then it closes the game. I tried the game again downloader, reinstall everything to download the patch GamezAion and nothing, everything is giving problem. Please someone take pity and help me resolve this situation. Please I want to play!:unsure::crying:
