Solved continuous disconecting

Hiya,

I've got a problem that's been stopping me from playing that popped up only recently,

Upon loading into the game after choosing a character and channel, after about 5-10 seconds I get taken to a black screen with the "You are reconnecting.." screen

Eventually, the game will reconnect, only for this to repeat, and kick me out. This happens endlessly.

I tried a clean install with a new launcher, it worked for about a day, then the problem came back.

I looked in the common problems thread and couldn't find a solution that fits this issue.

Could you check your Firewall and Windows Defender to see if you added exceptions for the game folder and its executables? If you have any AV, you might add to it too or disable.

When your game just closes or fail to connect to map server and send you back to character selection w/o any error message, that probably means you have bad connection/route between you and the server.
Try connecting to the game with a VPN, if it works, navigate to the following destinations and delete all in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO
After that, flush your DNS and reset your Modem.

Had no replies from both players on last days, so I believe that the problem has been solved.
