cooking/alchemy cant upgrade

    Please,
    Can someone explain me, how i can upgrade my alchemy or cooking more thn 450? Becouse my skill is 450/449 and alente or carl said, that crafts are fixed so you can upgrade 1 craft to 500 , but whn i visit alchemy or cooking trainer and select option Learn Alchemy or Cooking nothing happens.... please help

    hehe this is what i was asking them before but the simple answer is you have to craft higher designs it still goes up like 499/449 even if its /449 it still goes up ignore the /449 just lvl it up untill 499 then lvl it up buy spending 1B kinah to have it 500/499
