Cooking - inrediences in recipies​

Bug Description:

diferent ingrediences are not equal

example:
in beer you can use Wheat, Barley, Potatoes, Corn

default recipe uses 5 of those
on this server the ratios/succes chances are alerted

PROBLEM :
i can cook beer with only 3 potatoes all day from beginner 1 to artistan 1 without single fail
if i use barley/wheat/corn then i cant do that, it constantly fails, even with 4 ... the ingredients are not equal

SOLUTION:
make the succes chance the same for all recipies / versions
so we can use 3 corn/barley/wheat the same way as potatoes​

How to reproduce/proof:

just use cooking and try it
beer with 3 potatoes works all the time
beer with 3 other resources dosnt work (fails wery often)​
