corrupted files

    so this is what its said to do when file corrupted
    6. The file is corrupted. If it persists, please run file-recovery from the launcher
    Open the launcher and click on the gear icon in the upper right of the launcher, then force check and let the process complete.
    i need to say i did that for 4 time the recovery and still the problem stay exist
    what do i need to do now?

    Remove and reinstall it fresh. Also, look at the error to see if it is pointing to black desert or gamez so that you know which one to reinstall.
