Solved Couldn't start the game

We're sorry,we had a problem starting the game. Error Code :0301 00000002

 

i have this problem to!
Couldnt start the game 0301 CDEF0002

 

"0301 CDEF0002" means that the OS version is not supported.
If you're using any type of preview version of windows (or win server), it will not run.
Patched and/or hacked OS might also not work.

 

And what i have to do for solve this?
I play other games whithout problems in my windows!

 

You can check your windows version, by going into your Settings-System-About (to the left at the bottom)-Windows specifications: Windows Version.

If you are running a fake windows (cracked or otherwise not legal), you are not likely to be able to play this version of Black Desert Online.

BUT there are ways to get an affordable version of Windows though, there is no need to spend several hundreds on one copy, when you can buy an OEM version that has the exact same functions. Just to clarify, this isn't exactly the most straight forwards method, but it isn't directly illegal either. Just try to search for and check price "Windows 10 Professional OEM"
