Cox Pirates' Ghost Boss Bugged​

Bug Description:

If your are driving your ship when you summon the boss (summon and get to ship fast) then boss doesn't do anything.

Boss just stands in place and doesn't shoot.
Boss should move around and shoot, when boss is low he should dive under water and spawn small ships, boss also doesn't do this.​

How to reproduce/proof:

- Get a boss scroll https://bdocodex.com/us/item/41685/
- Get some weaker ship so you don't 1shot the boss, like epheria galeass.
- if you're behind the when when boss spawns he wont do anything and he wont dive under water when low hp.
- if you get off the wheel boss starts working but still does not dive under water​
