Crafting Question.

Hello,

I recently joined GamezAion, so I am still on the learning side what is going on.
Firstly, I've noticed with shops I cannot buy anything. Like, literally NOTHING. Is it my client, or is this for everyone?
Secondly, since there is nothing I can buy at the shops, where can I buy glass vials and things like that for alchemy? Since they don't sell anything either.

Perhaps a guide may be made for this?

Follow the guide. You need to Downgrade your client.
