Crafting Stuck At 100% (Altinova)

Hello!
I've been trying to craft Blue Coral Belts in Altinova and there seems to be some sort of bug with the completion. I started crafting 28 belts six hours ago and had to force complete one of them for 10 pearls. The next belt in line is still stuck at 100% six hours later. The Goblin worker seems to be running in place and stuck (seen in clip).

Woke up today to see that it's still stuck at 100%
It finally made one after 10 hours from 25 to 24 after I forced completed the 26th belt.
