Solved crash after character selection

hello

since yesterday my game crash after character selection.
I have desactivate my AV, delete cache, force check, changing resolution, it's same,
i think it's not a problem with firewall or computer. it's my account because with an other account, i can connect on the server.
and with an other computer i have the same problem when i connect with my account. the client crash.
pls help me if you have a solution.


edit: i have deleted all the game and cache files and download all and install. i have always the same problem.
