Crash everytime try to connect to EU server

The game client keep crashing to desktop every time after selecting character, it crash straight to desktop without warning
yesterday the game works fine, but suddenly today when i try to login this problem happen, and its only occur on EU server, game works fine when i play on NA server (login existing character or making new one and play it)

i try multiple account and the problem still happen, but only on EU server.
i also try every solution on this forum from player who having same issue before i make this thread (like ipconfig stuff, deleting cache, local, roaming, restarting my machine, router, isp, etc), but nothing fix it

for now i can play on NA server, but my main is on EU server,
if there any other solution whether is about connection issue or any thing, i will be thankful

 

It could be something related to the route between you and the host.
Have you tried to login on EU with a VPN?

 

yes i do, and it work i think, been playing using vpn for EU server right now
i can play right now using vpn, but i hope the network connection related to my issue is back to normal, cz yesterday is fine, and playing with vpn is to much work and sometime i got ping spike and laggy

 

I know how it can be frustrating, I have the same problem sometimes, and most of times it happens when is Vell's day... Not that I have a bad connection, but we can't do much about that when it comes to route.
Have you tried to contact your provider?

 

I did, what they do is just restarting the connection remotely, and that doesn't solve the problem
they even say my network good, which is true bcz i dont have network problem beside this

what is vell days btw?an event? and how long that will take to the end?
