Crash when i choose my wizard.

    Hey guys, i just want to know why my BDO always crash when i choose my wizard. A while ago, i was disconnected at velia. Then i tried login again using my wizard and always seem to crash to the desktop every time it was loading. But then i tried to create another character and it seem it is working without any crash. I dont want to delete my wizard character because got a lot of important stuff from the lauren gifts.
