Solved Crashed to desktop when apply character customization templates

Like the title said, when i try to apply a character customization template to my character the game just crashed to desktop without any message at all.

I tried using a new template i copied from retail to here and it crashed.
I tried using templates i saved on my computer that successfully applied and it crashed.
I tried using other template i had copied from retail to here used successfully before and it still crashed.
I tried create a new template and apply and it didn't.

Can someone please explain/help please?

 

There is a file check now on templates from retail and they cannot be used here. BUT there is a free template conversor on the website at gamezbd.net just log in and go to the file converter.
It was fixed a few days ago, there you upload your presset and it will give you another one compatible with gameZ
You will not longer crash when applying these.

When I apply "converted" from retail template downloaded from gamezdb website, I get a CDT, any idea?

 

its was working fine for me a few days ago, are you sure you are converting and not using the same unconverted file?

 

I tried to use the file converter but my game still crashes. Anyone know of a possible reason why? I made sure I’m using the right file and moving the right one over

Yes, I'm sure. Two days ago works for me, today no. I'm trying with a new character, with previously created character, applied from downloads, moving from downloads to correct directory customization.. no more ideas to try

 

i just tested, with a brand new char preset generated from retail, used the converter, and was able to put it in gameZ just fine.
you are doing something wrong, or you need to check your game files.

I literally just tested and it worked,
in case you need,give me the preset and i will create it for you and put ingame for you to find in the gallery.

Maybe sea region uses different presets?
@Kolka will need to take a look at it. You are correct it does not work

 

if you can, Just save again from the NA version and it SHOULD work normally.
For me presets from the SA version work normally

 

It might be the reason you didn't succeeded...
I had another player stating the same with SEA preset and it might be due to the file being created in higher version than we have now, so you might try what @Leroox just suggested.

 

So it applies to every region with higher version.
I'm afraid you might need to wait for the next build update then... But only @Kolka may confirm this.

The conversor will work for every version of preset you have, however, you may only use those that are from the same build (or below) as GameZBD is running right now, which is 2886.
