Crashes when entering skills menu

    hello, I cant enter the skills on the main character. Pressing K immediately crashes the game. Maybe someone faced such a problem?

    You have to close game and delete cache folder, then run a File-check through the Launcher, in settings.
    This bug has been solved, and you need to update the game patch.

    It only happens to the season character's skill page, not a regular character

    it happened to me just with an regular character, with the main one. all the rest, both seasonal and regular, work fine.

    From the patch note:
    - Fixed client closing without error when client lose packets (Note: Opening skill window with equipped artifact's still is issue)
    Unequip the artifact in your equip above gloves slot and open your skills window
