Crashing without error when loading character

Yes, i've already read the solution to this which is 43. Game client stopped responding and crashed without error on selected any character, and returned to launcher.
Perform a clean reinstall.

Did that, it worked then played for 1 hour and i tried to relog and now it crashes again when loading character so i used the same method twice, now i relogged again and it crashes again to desktop without any error message when loading character, is there a permanent fix for this? I dont want to saturate my SSD everytime i want to play BDO and have to copy and paste 42 gigs of BDO files everytime i try to play

 

I run the launcher and game as admin, no firewall and antivirus is turned off, all drivers are up to date including all those vcredist, everything is up to date

 

I have the same trouble

The electricity is turned off and after that i can not enter in the character
