Creating a new account

Well, i wanted to make a new account (to dual client and make a chanter to buff my main char)

(not to multivote if that's what your thinking lol i don't even vote i'm lazy i just donate instead =P)

I Got 2 hotmail adresses (one as main for work mails and where i chat on etc) and a second for gaming accounts only.

But they both exist already on gamez : Sorry this email already exists in our records.

But i only used 1 of them to create an ingame account & forum account what the hek =P

I Can't realy remember that i made a second account nor i can't remember the ID/PW anything lol.
(Maybe i used it, but i checked the mailboxes and only 1 contains gamez mails of registrations)

Any possible way to reset one of my email accounts ? or retrieve any information ?

Type the email you don't know the ID/PW of, and it will send you the ID and a new password.

Seems i did create another so long ago i could not even remember it.. sigh

My problem was that I didn't remember the email of my alt account and at the end was the same email I was guessing it was, but in caps lol, glad it worked for you.
