Credits Credits.

Now it has been 6 days and I haven't receive my credits yet. Oh, I know one your staff will ask me some proof of purchase or regarding the transaction I made, and I obviously asked for it, anytime soon I will have my hands on it, the latest record of my usage with my CC and my billing statement so yeah I will post in public or either way.

 

I don't get why people keep doing this wrong every single week =/

If you have not received credits within 24 hours of purchase on a business day then you need to contact the company you donated through (Payment Wall or SuperRewards most likely) and ask them what the holdup is. Chances are you've been caught in their anti-fraud checks and they're looking for more information from you.

At the processing stage we have not received any information whatsoever about your donation and so are unable to act on it. You're badgering the wrong people which isn't going to get you anywhere.
