    Since your history shows that you bought knowledge+10 and come up in game the wrong one or I don't know what the hell is wrong .
    check in your other character shown in the history. Cause as far as i notice the name in the history is not Spargo but Kurtfick. And you should pm @lisveth to check your account :)

    I understand your frustration sir, But please take responsibility on your actions. You don't have to argue about it tho, As with what @artjay said all you need to do is to wait and be patience, I'm pretty sure they'll fix the issue asap.
    It would be happy if you'll chill in there and hold out for fixes rather than ranting out here in forum.
