Credits used but item never appeared in my inventory

It has nothing to do with ***********, as i said, i had a huge freeze when i logged on my char, and the server information said i had received my item. The server crashed, then i logged back in and my item isn't there .... This just means that when you restarted the server, it took my char into account just before the crash happend and before i received my item. It's bad luck probably but you have to do something about it. I'm not gonna just say goodbye to 2000 credits because you say it comes from *********** or some other problem. Your servers crashed, and my item is gone .... Sir, Mam

That would be nice, though. I would suggest you drop the implied tones there.

And, aside this. I looked over our item add logs, and guess what? Your...account. Your character. Have nothing added.
