crit strike cap for RANGERS

Haven't heard of him.. But i was elyos for a long time, i've just recently become asmo. And i got full abg about two weeks ago?

So if you've beat me 1v1 in the last 2 weeks then good job, you must be good

 

Like i said, i have not played him in a long time as i have been GM'n.

Each player can play their class how they like, i was informing him of the soft/hard cap for crit.

 

The real soft/hard cap's that you stated, (440/540) are correct IF this were retail, although like i said on this private server there is no crit cap.

I've done many tests and i've seen a major difference in pvp. Trust me.

i made a hybrid rotation.

and i dont have just one. ;]

it all fits into the scenario and how i know my enemy.

I was simply trying to help, from what i have seen, 660 crit cap is quite nice.

Although i must admit, i have not tested higher crit rates.
This maybe something i will do when i login

im just explaining my personal experience testing these caps.

i've tried many builds, full accuracy, (reduces the block from an opponent) doesnt do much, full attack, full crit, but mine is a hybrid build. some evasion, attack and crit. works great for me! ;D

 

sycth can u pls tell me what is the hard cap for magic boost on this server on atomix it was 2k???

 

its not just abg,lolz..every armor give 195 crit resist when +15 and 135 when +10 set.i keep mine to 530+Major crit scroll and i'm ready even if they have resist wings

 

here is how crit sytem works 540 being the "soft cap"
before you reach 540 crit strike every 10 points=1% chance to score a critical
when you reach 540 every 10 crit strike after that increases crit by 0.5% so it takes 20 crit points to get 1%
sins like teddies can easily pwn with that as he is FULL abg gear so he has high attack 600 basic attack to begin with and he has +pvp attack% so him having full crit just guarantees fast kills

 

for critical strike chance
up to 440 you get 1% chance for each 10 in stat
from 440 to 600 you get 1% for each 20
after 600 you get 1% for each 50

go figure yourself your perfect crit build

 

hmmmm...interesting this is...i have full attack atm...never had any problem PVPing...maybe is should try to change some stuffs on my char...i'm a sin btw...

 

when i had full attack, it was fine, but i didnt crit very often.

now my sin has 808 crit and 546 attack on each hand.

i added all crit except the pauldrons which are evasion +17 and the weaps which are attack +5.

now, i hit harder than i did when i was full attack.

but it all really depends on your rotation, ping and the enemy buffs.

 

add full crit till 600+ w/o using food or scrolls, and after that stack full MR +14

 

i have 690 attack and 430+ crit without buffs and scroll...with scrolls and buffs i have 600+ crits...i'll try to expirement on this.. and see what i can get...i hope the servers goes back up soon...coz damn..i lost 1 day of out of my 2 days off bcoz the server is down...i don't get to play much since i have to go to work...and these days are my only days of playing...a day wasted for me when i only have 2 days per week to play..sad =(

 

i sure wish there was an option to view your overall attack rather than your weapon attack. =/

i so wish the same...when will the server be back? damn...how many hours has passed..? still nothing...now i'm wondering what could be the problem? did their pc quit on them? i hope not..

 

retail rate doesn't apply here, truth of the matter is you can squeeze alot more dps with crit in the high 600s or even 700 than some 440 or 540 rate. Also after the last update it's been impossible to sustain a high number of crits no matter what ur crit rate as me and a friend had trouble testing damage on each other.
