    Is the Crucible/Empyrean Challenge even open for players to enter? I wanna give it a try for my first time, but I'm having difficulties finding a way to enter it. Also, there's all these players selling Crucible Insignia's, so I'm assuming it is open

    It is closed as it is bugged, do the arena everyday and you'll get insignias.

    Items with 2 conditions nor Level 60 can't be purchased by the NPC, NTO/NCC/Lv60 stuff can not be purchased.

    1. Items with 2nd Conditions level cannot be purchased.
    2. lvl 60 items cannot be purchased.
