    i want to buy the items that can trade with the crusible insignias but i cant buy any.. when i click ok still can't buy. please tell me what are the requirements aside the crusible insignias and the courage insignia please and how can i buy the items there.. please...

    You are in wrong section... however to buy cruciable items you can only Buy the DCC and SCC from the NPC... NCC and other items like Statley are sold in promo shop... that's not active atm ^^

    From the courages/insignias shop, you can only buy gear that is NOT level 60 and does NOT have level 2 conditioning.
    From the insignias only shop, you can buy up to Tac Officer gear. Noble tac officer is not allowed.
