Cryptogram token is NULL error code. Can't login

    I am trying to launch the game and it goes fine until i try to press start in the menu screen. I get this "Cryptogram token is NULL" error. I have tried the methods mentioned in this forum.

    Both creating a new account and updating my .NET framework has done nothing to fix. Please advise.
