Current Stuck Problem - Official

T_T 5 days for now i can't Play my character ,Server is already restarted but nothing happen..............GM PLS HELP AND COMMENT !!!!!!!!!

So you want login my account and check by yourself?

 

I'm not allowed to login to your account. If it's still not working, then your character might not be stucked.

 

if is not stuck what is happen? i can't just forget my 2 chars 1 full gpp and other full egt accessories and armor set, also at this point i don't care for who will login on my account since someone fix it for me.

 

amazing....so many people r unable to connect, and yet no distinct measures have taken

 

if GM reimburse me my vip time i can wait without make anymore thread.

 

Unfortunately kalintz, since you knowingly used the edited items.pak your friend gave to you that supposedly would have made you not have to use pre-req stigmas, your account is now banned. We do not tolerate players who use and/or have the intention to use any sort of cheats, hacks, etc that would give one player an advantage over others.

because you probably tryed to login your toon without having a server restart..

Once you sended a unstuck request you have to wait and do NOT<--- try to login your toon until the server(s) got restarted, or it will cancel the unstuck request.

Once u send a unstuck request. Do not log in the character untill the server is restarted.
If u do login, the unstuck request is cancelled out.

I do not think that two people request to restart server
a lot of people have the same problem!
