Current Stuck Problem - Official

Can't Connect to Server

Hello Gamez

I am returning again to your server after months. So my problem is that i cant log in to server. I freashly installed aion in 3.5.0.0 version and i downgraded it to 3.0.0.4. I copied/paste items.pak in client. But i cant pass from login screen in game.

Plz any suggestions?

gonna have to be a little more specific. do u get any errors at login screen? do u get stuck at server select? etc

also check the ncsoft launcher or version.ini in ur aion folder to see that u actually downgraded properly

 

Yes i checked, my version is 3.0.0.4 and i cant even log in the game freeze and doesnt react at all. I have to force close it with task manager. Plus i dont get any errors related.

 

Any1 can help me with this?

i didnt got DC but everything stops then DC notice didnt came out..
keep on logging in but after accepting terms before character selection its stuck...

stuck at server selection

good day, im having a problem at logging in the server, when i select a server or accept the recommended server, it doesnt do anything until i get disconnected, i also tried downgrading my aion to 3.0 but it is still stuck, please help, thanks!

If you used the NCsoft launcher its probably aion 3.5 thats installed. Get a downgrade from the internet somewhere to downgrade Aion to 3.0! Private servers dont support 3.5 yet i think.

I solved this by deleting my old Aion and installing again from the beginning. Try it. But now my system runs on Windows 8 and i cant connect again. D4MN

 

game stuck at log-in

heya i logged out 2h ago, now when i log in, the game is stuck while pressing ok after digiting my id and pw

I think my character is just stuck?

Hello I think my character Badoodles is stucked because of the failed transfer that's why I get send log everytime I go to server selection. Because after I type in my user and pass and enter then I press Ok with the wall of text after that I get the WOGG error. Can you please unstuck it? If it's not stuck when will this be fix then? I need to trade asap cause my vip will expire.

 

yes we know, youve already told me this, it isn't as simple as a normal stuck. Carl or alente will need to look into it.

not much that I can do at the moment due to my computer having decided to say death is a nice place I go there

Hi .. i have problem with my character .. it's stuck in the server .
i can login with all my character only that character i can't login .
