    Google.com is a powerful source. Now if by 'whitgs' tokens you mean Wright tokens then you can see all the quests for them here:

    P.S. Once you take the quest, you could follow the instructions of it. (Press J and find the Quests name then click it) If you can understand them that is.

    These quests basically ask you to craft stuff, which design is sold by the seller NPC of whichever profession you have learned, there are different levels and types, from A to C, easier to harder, the easiest type.. you'll need it to proc, the type C is proc'd already but asks for much more materials than the type A.
