Damage bug on several Ranger succession skills

Damage bugs on several Ranger succession skills​

Bug Description:

Some of the hits are registered as 0, it happens consistently on many skills, i have tested it on dummies and the results are as you could see below. These bugs happens in both pvp and pve.

Blasting Gust Prime < its dmg without cooldown is bugged, with cooldown running dmg is fine.

I have not tested 2 rabam skills yet:
Tearing shot
will of descending wind

If you could look into those skills i would be thankful.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Use skills on dummy or any other target, have high accuracy, i have around 550 accuracy.​

 

Its normal, same will be see if u unlock meter on retail.
