Damned quests..

Well. I was doing the quests at the Bresfer Refugee camp. Usually I have no issues. This time, I decided I'd do an extra quest called 'A Procession of the Dead'. Well, I had all but the Lambent Obscuras complete, I killed 2 of them, then my internet disconnected, no big deal, it's done this before mid-quest, so I wasn't worried. I came back, it said I had 2 kills still. I killed an Obscura, the numbers on the quest went all wacky, it does this with all quests so I wasn't worried. Killed 2 more, and it said I only had 2 kills again, so I thought maybe the DC reset the quest or something, so I killed 5 more, quest complete. I go to the quest giver to turn in both 'A Procession of the Dead' and 'A Fearful Forest', well, the quest givers didn't even show as having the quest. Elyos were there previously so I thought they killed them and bugged it out, server restart for updates, it didn't fix the issue. Just did all those kills while avoiding the 10 level 55 elyos camping people in the area, can't turn in the quests. I've never actually had this issue with the 3 other characters I got to level 50, my Spirit Master, Cleric, and Sorcerer.

If any can help me with this issue that doesn't involve abandoning and re-doing. I abandoned the fearful forest, but after dealing with all the elyos and 18 NPC kills for that quest, I don't want to have to kill them all again, I will though if it can't be helped. I have tried relogging, I even waited for the server restart, didn't work.

Anyone able to help, or what? 0.o
