hi daopay is only for cellphones ? o I can dial the home phone ?? soz for my englihs

So you cant use Cellphones only land lines

 

i can i try to call in mexico i live in mexico put the number and no tone i need a especial lada i call my providor system and he say and he say all is ok in my line .. again soz for my english

 

so u mnean u can call randomly as long as that phone allows charges? *evil grin*
