Dark Poeta error! need help!!

ok i have this problem, that at 1st I thought it was only bugged but when it happen many times i get so worried that something is not right!

1st problem or error during killing the last boss in Dark Poeta(DP) which is the dragon. while killing it and just doing DPS. I'm not typing, I'm just using my mouse to cast skills... then suddenly I teleported to the obelisk where i saved from. and it shows that i died!? but im not the one tangking the boss..?? WTF!! and first of all if i died a window will pop-up saying where should i want to resurect or revived by my Party members right? instead of instantly teleported? it happened 4x!


2nd problem or error almost the same thing except that when i teleported and resurect to the placed i saved from, the red screen shows, normally it shows when your dead not when your resurected! and my action bar and everything on my screen was gone! like my hp/mp bar, skills, radar as in all of it are gone i cant even type cause i cant see the typing bar. all i can see is my character and the red screen! i just restarted my PC T_T it happed 3x!
