   Hello, i was wondering why this accessory does not have conditioning or even augmenting? it could use 1% Defense after conditioning and 2.5 defense before.
   Atm, it defeats the purpose of being on the list, why have an end game pvp accessories with little or no substance?

   Try tempering them, you'll see how much PvP Attack it gives.
