Dead,dead,dead,dead and......dead

i was in core in abyss and somthing weird happen.i was flying and i die without any reason.i search in combat log but it was shown that none hit me and kill me.then i had a kisk and i ress there.i sit down to rest and then i open wings and i started moving after 2 seconds i die again.i ress again in kisk,i rest,i open wings and after 3 seconds dead again.this happen 2 more times.i give up ressing on kisk and i gone on obelisk and when i ress there afte 0,5 seconds of my ress i died infront of obelisk.....what is happening?
