My character is stuck in game, I tried to login again and failed at character choose page, it only showed processing after click character, and guild member can see my character is still online, but actually I isn't. what should I do now?

There are more than 2.5k online players, we can't restart the server everytime someone gets hardstuck. The server restarted yesterday, I believe the next restart will be in a few days.

 

You guys have no method to maybe kill this player remotely or even in game? Im sure you GMs have many fun tools in your arsenal to torment players in game that might actually get this poor guy unstuck lol.

 

Server restart is the only way to release hardstuck character.

 

I don't see any reason to compensate you for being hardstuck. You get free pearls every 30 minutes online, double rates, double RBF rewards (depends on circumstances).
